The LdV-p.90 planet was created for the opening of a new space in the museum of sciences and technology Leonardo da Vinci, PLAYLAB.
PLAYLAB is the new area designed for young visitors to experience the Museum in a new way. Transform and Explore are the two main guide lines of this project.

Technically speaking, this planet is an innovation for Tristan as it is the first to be exhibited on a rotating axis, while preserving the internal light of the work. With its rotating merry-go-round, it is also the first planet to feature a live animated element. When the viewer presses the red button, night falls on the planet, the street lamps and windows light up, and the city comes alive.

This town has been designed to be ideal for children. There's a toy store, a pastry shop, a merry-go-round, a balloon vendor, an ice-cream parlour, a candy stand...
